Sales Manager

Responsible for maximizing Company’s sales and achieve targets set by the company consistently through the different sales & promotion activities. Generate new business leads and create impact at a strategic level

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing the sales plan for the region and facilitate its execution
  • Actively develop business with new customers in pharmaceutical and medical devices segment
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of products and therapy areas
  • Fully conversant with current marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Compile, review and monitor performance against a strategic business plan
  • Coordinate with Purchase department for timely execution of all orders
  • Arranges for delivery dates and notifies appropriate Supplies department of scheduled date
  • Maintain database of key accounts and develop relationship with customers in order to understand their requirements
  • Ensure all company expenditure is accurately monitored within budgeted and expense forms are completed, approved and submitted within the agreed deadlines
  • Ensure that accurate, timely and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared with colleagues using agreed processes

Job Requirements

  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Primary and secondary care sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Pharmacy, or equivalent pharmacy qualification
  • Valid Saudi driving license & transferable iqama

  • Advanced selling and excellent persuasive skills
  • Ability to communicate in English (written/verbal)
  • Ability to write and handle business correspondence
  • Native Arabic speaker preferred
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Strong follow up & coordination
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft word, excel and power point
